    Actually, this happens more than you would like to know. A cop feels above the belt line and just below the inside of the belt line to check for weapons and drugs, as this is the most popular place to store contraband. Note, the suspect was wearing his pants way below the waist, thus creating a belt line just below his penis. I’m sure that the cop mistook the man’s ”junk” as possibly a bag of drugs, not a sac of nuts.
    Sagging should be outlawed in my opinion. This is why that happened, and who needs to see a man’s junk and anus while walking down the street?
